available on Wednesdays, Thursdays and Fridays, starting at 7:00 am.
Linda has been working in the Salon and Spa industry for over 25
years on the North Shore. She has trained with Wella, Goldwell, and
Matrix. And most recently, Linda trained in New York with Wella in
the color industry for an extensive training this past year. Linda
is dedicated to her job and her clients; she has worked in only

Five Seasons Salon
& Spa Welcomes Laura Rodrigo
Laura is a licensed massage therapist, specializing in
Myofascial Trigger Point Therapy. The technique is most
often used in treating muscle pain and dysfunction (chronic and
acute). It focuses on the deactivation of trigger points (tight
spots or knots) by applying compression. These trigger points
can cause referred pain or restriction of range of motion.
The compression
breaks up the adhesions in the muscle tissue; thus allowing more
blood flow to the muscle and increasing muscle length. Some
conditions that might benefit from this technique range from low
back pain or headaches to sciatica, carpal tunnel, tendonitis,
and rotator cuff dysfunction.
