FITNESS
Quality of life is the most important gift we can give our families. Five
Seasons helps you ensure yours with challenges for the mind and body every
day, for everyone. Our Cardio rooms challenge you with state-of-the-art
equipment that you don’t have to wait in line to use. Strength, sculpting
and tone can be pursued on traditional machines and weight rotations, or
in one of over 4 group classes that happen every week at each club.
Pilates, spinning, yoga, water aerobics—taught to accommodate the level of
the participants—all help the mind and body be the best they can be.
PERSONAL
TRAINING
More than 50 personal trainers ensure Five Seasons has the latest and
highest-touch training available. Our trainers are nationally certified
and very accomplished. They’re experienced in training successful
collegiate, semi-pro and professional athletes, as well as in helping the
rest of us work just a little bit harder and look and feel a little bit
better. All of our trainers have dedicated “floor hours” in which they
help you use the equipment safely, perform the right exercises for your
fitness goals and just generally check on you while you’re working out.
They are also available for private sessions, so you can get the undivided
attention you need when you want it

Lost it at the Club!
8 weeks to a NEW YOU!
I Lost it at the Club! (January 7 – March 3)
is a weight loss program offered through the
International Health, Racquet & Sports Club
Association (IHRSA) here at Five Seasons.
I Lost It at the Club! is FREE for all members.
Prizes will be awarded for:
Greatest weight lost per participating member
Greatest amount of total weight loss
Greatest number of inches lost
Easy exercise tracking and monitoring will be
available. Seminars and workshops throughout the

A Stronger, Leaner YOU in
2008!
Start the New Year off right – meet with trainer Marie Pearson who will
personally guide you for 6 weeks through a program to help you meet your
New Year’s resolution, which includes an assessment before and after the
6 weeks as well as a nutrition component. This is a fee-based program.
Please call for details. Minimum 2 registrants.
Sessions will meet from 9:15 – 10:15 am
